Our Collective Mining model prioritizes the development of the region and the well-being of our communities and employees, by adhering to best practices available for the mining industry with an emphasis on transparent dialogue and a permanent consultation process with our stakeholders.

Work agenda in effect with regional environmental authority including voluntary reforestation, conservation and community ecotourism programs.
Alliances with main actors in the area including the Caldas Coffee Growers Committee (main economic sector in the region), University of Caldas, Government of Caldas and the Mayors of Supía, Marmato and Pácora.
More than 980 families benefited from our initiatives including improving water access and sanitation, rural infrastructure, local enterprises and agriculture practices.
Established water monitoring programs with local communities with a strong gender-focused, inclusive component.
State-of-the-art water conservation strategies in place.
Majority of employees and contractors are locals and 60% are from Caldas.
